Residue: With its oval shape and balanced proportions, Residue brings a subtle sense of movement to the room. The collection is hand-tufted by skilled artisans in India using 100% wool. Its sculptural silhouette creates a quiet contrast between simplicity and texture, and is also available as a hand-knotted shag for a more tactile expression.
The organic form also makes Residue highly versatile – an ideal choice for tricky-to-furnish areas or for combining multiple rugs in the same space, creating a dynamic visual composition.

SHIPPING:
We offer free home delivery on all standard rugs within the United States. Your handcrafted rug will be delivered directly to your gate or yard with all duties and taxes fully included in the price at checkout.
Small items and samples are delivered via standard mail to your mailbox or nearest access point, and free shipping applies to sample orders over $30.
DELIVERY TIMES:All our rugs are handcrafted in India and Greece. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight. Delivery times vary depending on where in the production cycle your piece is currently positioned. 7-10 Days: In stock & ready to ship 3–6 weeks: En route to warehouse10+ weeks: Currently being handcrafted by our skilled artisans in India or Greece.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price. To ensure a smooth experience, all rug returns are handled via home pickup. A return shipping fee applies to all rug returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. Please note: Samples and custom items (including sofas and bespoke) are non-returnable.
Cleaning:
Wool is valued for its natural resilience and ability to maintain its shape over time. As a natural material, the rug may shed slightly initially, but this gradually diminishes with regular care. Wool is renewable, biodegradable, and naturally resistant to dirt, making it a durable and sustainable choice. Regular vacuuming without a brush helps preserve its softness and longevity. For a deeper clean, professional flat washing is recommended.
Stain removal:
Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

We offer bespoke sizing on most of our rugs. If a design is available for custom sizing, the option is listed at the bottom of the size selector on the product page.
