When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email — from that point, delivery usually takes a couple of days. The carrier will send you a notification with the exact delivery date and time, so you'll know precisely when to expect your package. Can't find the confirmation email? Check your spam folder or welcome to contact us at: info@layeredinterior.com.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return individual items from your order. To avoid return costs and unnecessary environmental impact, we recommend ordering samples as a first step and taking a look at our guides where we help you find the right size and colour.

When will a product be back in stock?

All our rugs are handmade in small quantities and shipped sustainably by sea from India or Greece — check the product page for the latest information:

Pre-order— Currently being handwoven by our artisans, or already on its way to our warehouse.

Sold out— This product will unfortunately not be returning to our range

Temporarily out of stock— We don't yet have information on when this product will be back. Contact us and we'll do our best to give you an estimate.
