The Punja rug process is reliant on using the outdoor natural weather conditions for the finishing of the rug - a slower process taking the environment into consideration.
The natural fiber has a tendency to shed, this will decrease with help of regular vacuuming but will never cease completely

We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price, including blankets, cushions, and rugs in standard sizes. Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. Read more about returns and associated costs here.

Cleaning:
Vacuum regularly without a brush. For deeper cleaning, it is recommended to use a laundry service for flat washing. Due to their long pile and natural materials, pile rugs tend to shed fibers. After regular vacuuming, the shedding will decrease over time, but it will never completely stop.
Stain removal:
Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
