Layered's Rug -Mini Shaggy- is a smaller version of our popular Shaggy Rug. Use it as a wool pelt or put it on your sofa or an armchair. The rug has a warm white color and a cozy and soft expression with high pile. The rugs in the collection are handwoven in wool by a 2000-year-old production method from Greece. Each rug is placed in swirling streams of a natural waterfall to create its lively softness and texture. All pieces in the collection are made individually so there might be variations in size and color, meaning that all our customers can enjoy a unique piece. Due to the long pile and the natural material, shaggy rugs have a tendency to shed. By regular vacuuming, the shedding decreases over time but will never cease completely.
Please note that colors may appear different depending on lighting and surrounding environments. Lifestyle images may vary slightly in tone compared to product images taken in neutral lighting. We recommend ordering samples to ensure how the color appears in your home.

We offer free home delivery on all standard rugs within the United States. Your handcrafted rug will be delivered directly to your gate or yard with all duties and taxes fully included in the price at checkout.
Small items and samples are delivered via standard mail to your mailbox or nearest access point, and free shipping applies to sample orders over $30.
DELIVERY TIMES:All our rugs are handcrafted in India and Greece. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight. Delivery times vary depending on where in the production cycle your piece is currently positioned. 7-10 Days: In stock & ready to ship 3–6 weeks: En route to warehouse10+ weeks: Currently being handcrafted by our skilled artisans in India or Greece.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price. To ensure a smooth experience, all rug returns are handled via home pickup. A return shipping fee applies to all rug returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. Please note: Samples and custom items (including sofas and bespoke) are non-returnable.
Cleaning:
Vacuum regularly without a brush. For deeper cleaning, it is recommended to use a laundry service for flat washing. Due to their long pile and natural materials, pile rugs tend to shed fibers. After regular vacuuming, the shedding will decrease over time, but it will never completely stop.
Stain removal:
Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
