Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price, including blankets, cushions, and rugs in standard sizes.
Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. Samples and custom items (including sofas and bespoke) are non-returnable.

Wool is renewable, biodegradable, and naturally resistant to dirt, making it a durable and sustainable choice. Regular vacuuming without a brush helps preserve its softness and longevity. For a deeper clean, professional flat washing is recommended.

Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
